Purchased philippe richard cookware at jc pennys in april and submitted my refund using the receipts and the bar code off the box. I never received anything back in the company and they've no website to contact them by. I approached jcpennys plus they explained that there's nothing they could do for me it's a manyfactures problem. I believe they have to stop selling this manufacturer until this issue is looked after. I am not alone that has had this issue. The rebate was the only cause i bought this kind of model since following the refund they certainly were cheaper but after i did not obtained my refund i wound up paying more.
