We have been an amount from this company who we have never delt with in any way. They are bassed in NZ and we are from Australia.
The amount I am asking to be refunded but after reading other complants this may not happen.
I have given 7 days for them to respond after which time I will report the matter to the police in Aust and NZ. How they got our card details is a concern, to which we must not get a new one to stop this theft.
