I order a Ecig to help stop smoking. The order was a trial with no attachments that I knew of. The Ecig was not a help. I just recieved a refill and called the company to get the money back. They refused to even deal with me. The customer service says that because the refill had already been charged then they won't do anything for me. I told them that the refill was mailed back but they still refused to help nor refund the money.
