I ordered an e-cig from Prado from one of their e-mails advertising a free starter kit if you pay shipping of $7.95. I read everything to make sure that there wasn't a catch of some kind of charges down the road and there was no 14 day trial period or anything. There was a lot of other advertising for the refill cartridges, etc. But nothing else. Two weeks later there was a charge on my debit card for $149.90 but I did not know it at the time. A couple of weeks later I received a package from Prado that I did not order so I checked my checking account to see if they had charged me for the package of refill cartridges. They had charged me $69.90 and that's when I saw that my account was in the red. So I investigated further to find that they had charged me the $149.90 for a total of $219.80. I called them and they were very rude and refused to refund my money saying that it was legitimate charges.
