How can they treat their customers with respect if they do not treat their employees with respect.?? I have worked hard and i do know some in higher level goofs around and waste company's time and money. Lower level employees work hard and never gets appreciated. Raise we get is 3 cents if that, a year. I have conducted business in the drive thru and the service really has gone down. I have been in drive thru couple of times and everytime, i am siting there for 11-13 minutes. And this is on ordinary days, not end of the month or 1st of the month. No one looks at you no says hello to you no one uses your names, nor smile. I remember when i was there soon as they drive up it was smile, welcome, hello, and names.
This company is all about numbers and $ not people or customer service. Wait time is lobby is also very long and no one acknoledges you and line does not move quickly. I see some of my old cusotmers in the area and they all complain about big Bank of AMerica.
