Is this even a real company other than a website just taking orders? If you call a customer server number at 11am in a week day and a voice message says "There's no one available to take your call" alarms should go off in your head.
I can't believe I didn't look up reviews on this company prior to ordering. Now I have and boy did I feel stupid.
I have called my credit card company and they have stopped-payment on my behalf.
I would love to cancel directly... If only the picked up the phone or returned e-mails...
