Credit for a cancelled order - american racing rims w/tires pckg

I ordered rims and tires online and paid 1476$ on my c.C. The website said order wouldn't be completed until a representitive called me, no call recieved, no e-mails recieved except order confirmation. I called customer service the order hadn't been shipped rims not in stock, I cancelled order, rep. Said no problem we'll credit your account you should see it in 3-5 days, 6th day nothing I called wheelsnext again, told me to call back on mon. The rep. Said "we've made a mistake, I'm going to put the credit thru right now"you should see it in 3-5 daysits now 10 days after that I still have no credit, my card never should have been billed until items shipped
