Sears consumer question - Kenmore ice maker coupling

I received service on a ice maker coupling. The part was $9.92 and the lator was $185.00 for a 5 minute job. First is there any guarantee time for this service and second, $185.00 sounds outrageous for a 5 minute job! Any comments?
