I am a provider for a mother who goes through community child care, every month there is a form we have to fill out and drop off to community child care. They put it in there computor, every month my payment is always late and later, i am human and have bills that are due, i count on this check to pay my bills, the checks are getting later and later, then i get charged extra fees for my bills being late. Every time i have called to inquire about my paycheck, i get told there is nothing community child care can do, you have to call the other number for the comptroller, cant get through half the time. Cant never talk to a real person always a machine. I am really tired of paying all these late charges, because the state of illinois comptroller cant get my check to me at a reasonable time. I started getting it on the 7th of every month, then the 8th and now the 9th which i didnot get today. Something needs to be done about this
