Springfield CCCC office for Chilcare is so negligent upon response or care of providers who provide care for the parents of children receiving supplemental support from the government for Childcare expenses. Every month my check is entered at a date later than its normal time. Then you call the office an ask to speak to a supervisor and she has this attitude as if you owe her something in life.
All we as providers want is a reliable dependant form of payment where our paperwork isn't processed late that causes us financial hardships. Someone really needs to check into the consistency and repor of this unit within the Springfield area. Here it goes almost two weeks later and my paperwork still has been received by StateComptrollers Office..individuals I know have already received receipt of payment and I sit pondering the thought of just exactly of if and when my receipt of payment will be sent out by the State Comptrollers Office. Most definitely something has to give within this facilty and its negligence.
