I rented a house in Rowayton CT from Tom St Denis.
It was a summer rental.
Despite the fact that I left the house impeccable, he is trying to keep the over 17k of the security deposit on what I contend are false claims.
From what I heard from people in Rowayton, Tom St Denis has cash flow problems. I suspect that he does not have the funds to repay me so he invented false offsets. Be careful. Desperate people resorte to desperate measures.
