I was contacted my Mr. Obeto Michael of Microfinancial Institutions in Nigeria for a loan. This has been going on for some time and I have invested 17,000 to which I have received nothing. I realize how stupid I have been, however desperate people try desperate measures to try and get out of debt. I was told to send funds for fees, transfers etc. He sent me guarantees which of course mean nothing. I need this money and would appreciate help. Also, Intercontinential Banking, Mr. Ford Williams, has also been involved.
