DON'T DO CRICKET - cell phones

Thank you for getting back to me so promptly;
On July 26 I went to one of the crickett stores on East West Highway in Hyattsville, MD to purchase a new cover for my phone I like to change the cover due to the different colors available. I do not remember the young lady's name but I do remember that she was about 8 nonths pregnant because I think she said the baby was due next month. I purchased two covers and the young lady went to put the cover on she said it was a little difficult to get the covers on and off after a couple of minutes she finished, I have one of the flip phones it is not too expensive, I use it for my business inquirys. I did not use my phone from the time I left the store until I reached inside my home. I used the phone a few times up until wednesday and I noticed when I went to answser the phone the screen was not lit and I could not make a call out on the phone so I turned the phone off and went to take the cover off and I could not get it off. I turned the phone back on and text a friend of mine and asked her to call me on my crickett number (301-806-3725) which she did and the call came thru, after her call I tried to make a call on the crickett again and it was dead. I couldn't go chek it out until friday because i have a catering business and i had some orders to fill. Friday I went to the same store on East West Highway the younglady this time her name was Marna I explained to her what happened and she tried to get the phone off and could not and the young man who was working with her tried and he could not get the cover off, Marna was pulling and pulling the phone and all of a sudden the phone came apart in two pieces, Marna put the phone back together went over to the other side of the cash register and came back and opened the phone so I just assumed the phone was fixed, Marna told me that the phone cover seemed to have some glue on it and that there was nothing that she could do I would have to go to the store in Langley Park afew miles up the road it was rush hour which I don't do so I went home a girlfriend of mine came over and she managed to get the cover of while doing it the phone came apart again I clled the store and tole Marna that the phone did not have glue on it and that it came apart again and I asked for the manager his name is Eric Patterson I think that is his last name I don't remember which person gave me his cell number but when I talked to Mr. Eric he explained the situation to him and he agreed that he would give a refurbished phone for ten dollars activation fee, this was on Saurday the 31 of July so not to mention that I am paying for a phone that I don't have all the way until Wednesday because I could not get him on the phone Monday he said he was off Tuesday finally I went to the stor on Wednesday 4, of August this week, Marna called Mr Eric he did not answer after a few minutes he called back and we talked and he told Marna which phone to give me and told her to charge me ten dollars for activation even though my original phone was still on. Marna went to charge the phone and activate it but every time she went to test the phone it went off Marna left because her shift was over and she asked her co worker to finish activating the phone for me. Ther was a line in the store about 6 or 7 people so i told the employee I would come back in 30 nminutes when i retuned the was still going off so I left it and call back the next day and marna told me that something was wrong with the battery and Mr. Eric said that I would have to pay 25 dollars for a new phone. I refused to pay for something that was not my fault in breaking it is more the principal and how unprofessional Cricket employees were in this cituation. Nopt to mention that my account is always paid over the amount that is due, my ohone is on and iI don't have a phone to answer for two weeks now. I do have the 10 dollar reciept for the activation which iI never go t let me know if you need it. So nplease let me know what I should do about this situation because I know that i will not be going to this Crickett store there or PG plaza ever again only if you can't get a manager who is honest and respectful of his customers.
