I've been useing cricket wireless for a long time have two line my sister uses the other phne and since the beginning the phones have been an issue. They would work well for while the stop working. So may I got two new phones from the both the same with muve music on them. These worked untill feb. 14 when the one that i was ueing the muve music feture stoped working. So i called them they told me to take it to the cricket store located at blue ridge blve here in kansas city missouri. Go there they fiddled with the phone for a couple of minutes the told me to take it noland road.
Got home called the insurance outfit (got insurance with phone to cover just such an event.) was told to take the phone to nolland road where for $50 dollarS I could get a new phone (the phones cost $50 each when I got them.) yesterday my sisters phone stoped working completely for about 12
hours. Noland road is a long way from my home, and my truck is out. So i have to take bus, or beg rides. Plus my truck would burn at least $10 or more in gas just geting there.
Cricket phones are junk and their insurance is a joke. I am going back to tracfones. My advise to all is to avoid cricket they are just crooks...
