I have received several calls about a late payments. The payment due date is the 13th of the month. The calls start on the 14/15 of the month. The payments are made within the grace period that they allow. When I returned their call I told them that it was inconvenient for them to call me any days except the ones that are after the grace period. I told them that the law states that if I inform them of the inconvenient times and the convenient times, that they must stop the calls. The calls are still coming between the 14 of the month and the end of the grace period. I know that the law states that if you inform the collector that when they are calling isn't convienent and give them the convenient time, that they must stop calling. It is the law. That doesn't seem to stop these people or matter.
