Shipping Discounts for Employees - packages

I called the branch where my husband works (FED EXP) all I wanted to know was the employee discounts. I was told I can set his acct. Up on-line. I did but appl didn't have a place for employee or discounts of any kind! Called home office & was directed back to his divisional branch. Needless to say I still don't have an answer. BLAH
