DH medical internet fraud

I orderd a XVEST 40 from DH medical. Got a confirmation within an hour and the charge went to my account the same day. No product has been delivered. Calls to the company are passed to a phone answering machine identified as customer service. You are told to leave a message or send an email to a gmail account. I have left three messages and sent three emails. There is no response to any. It is impossible to contact the company and actually talk to a real person. My product has not yet been delivered and there is no way to track the order nor talk to anyone who can help. This appears to be intentional fraud
