I placed an order with them on 12/16/08 for a DVD set. They charged the $100.55 to my credit card a few days later. I received a order confirmation in my email but nothing else.
It is now 1/14/09 and I still havent received my order. I have sent them 3 messages over that time via their website requesting a tracking number, expected delivery, as well as a request for a response of any kind. I have yet to receive any of that even though I expressed concearn about the lack of product or communication.
The website said 7 - 14 buisness days for delivery with a request for patience due to the holiday. I am fine with waiting a bit as long as you talk to me which they did not.
