I contacted DirectTV when I received my conformation letter and there was a discrepency with the monthly payment. I had spoken with 3 different customer service agents and finally got what was offered, so I thought. Non the less when I got my first bill it was not what was agreed upon. I explained to the reps that if I was experiencing this type of service before they installed the equipment, I could only imagine what I am in for once I had the product in my home. I would not recommend DirectTV to my worst enemy. Definitly not worth the money. I should have kept Comcast where I never had an issue in over 8 years. DirectTV gets a big thumbs down in my book. Cant wait to get out of contract.
