Order Secrets of Process serving from Judicial Success written by Maria J. Gutierrez from the following sight http://judicialsuccess.com/ProcessServerTraining. The sight states the following: Try Process Server Secrets Risk-Free For A Full 30 Days! I will receive the entire Process Server Secrets course which includes 6 Audio CD's. I understand... I will get the BONUS #1 Tools CD-ROM that is packed with useful tools. I understand... I will get the Printed Manual that is jammed useful transcripts and highlights of the entire program. I understand that I only pay $19 today, and only if I'm completely thrilled, I pay 1 payment $92.67 every 30 days for 3 months. I understand... I have a full 30 RISK-FREE days to examine the Process Server Secrets and return it for a complete "No Questions Asked" prompt refund if I am not satisfied. I received the program on Aug. 23,2010. After reviewing the program I realized it was not giving me any of the information I thought it had implied it would, so I decided to return it. The following is what transpired thru email and their customer support link on their web sight: Request#5356 RETURN Cindy

Which is what i did. The address was not the address that you now are telling me to send it to. I have already sent these items back to the return address on the original package. I need to make sure that my bank account willl not be charged for this program request#5514 refund*poor customer service, illigal charges on account cindy
oct 09 08:11 am my bank account was charged well after the items had been returned. I wrote several times to make sure my account would not be charged. All these times were well before the 30 days were up. Yet my bank account was still charged. Because of these charges from you my bank account was over drawn which resulted in numerous overdraft charges. It is my opinion that judicial success is therefor responsible for these charges and should payfor these charges. I will be contacting the fcc along with private council regarding this matter. I would appreciate a timely response. Unlike all my other requests, which have either been ignored or not even read. Request#5519 RE: The best resources for you CindyOct 12 06:22 am I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE MY REFUND IS!!! I sent back your system well enough in time, yet was still charged. I talked to customer service, they were suppose to get back with me but never did. My bank account is now over drawn and i also have checks that have bounced because you all charged my account when you should not have. This is just bad business.in my opinion you all should not only refund me what you charged onto my account but also for all the nsf charges I have incurred. If I do not recieve my money back along with some kind of reply I plan on reporting you to FCC along with BBB and I will look into sueing you also. 10/12/10

Although you did request information on the return within the correct time frame, it was not delivered until the 31st day. We have a 30 day return policy. Therefore it was NOT returned in time.
On normal circumstances we will refund even after the return period.
But as soon as a client starts threatening our company, we no longer offer that opportunity.
That is our policy. So you know for next time!
In fact, you at this moment still owe two payments more.
So at this time I am denying your refund.
If you would like to get the course back you will need to pay shipping charges.
Thank you and have a awesome day!
Sat 10/16/10 5:06 PM [email protected] I have proof of delivery as of the 18th of September. I did not recieve my package until Aug. 23rd. Your sight clearly states that you were to give me 30 RISK-FREE days to examine the Process Server Secrets and return it for a complete "No Questions Asked" prompt refund if I am not satisfied. This was returned with in that time frame. Yet you still charged my account.
Cindy Notice the salutation at the end of their last email and the smiley face also. The customer support person who wrote this email and made this decision seems to view this as a funny. Also as stated in one of my emails I had called the customer support line and talked to a man, I gave him all the information and he assured me he would get back to me that same day. He has not called me back ever. Also as of todays date if I go into my account on their website and view my open requests it show that none of them were ever replyed too or resolved. As I showed at the beginning of this complaint it states On their website I have a full 30 days to examine this program.in order for me to be able to examine their program I would have to have it in my possession to do so. Therefore that would mean 30 days from the time I received it to the time I sent it back to them. The shipping information is easy to verify. Which is as follows they shipped it out on Aug. 18th at 3:18 pm I received the package at my home on Aug. 23 at 4:22pm and then I sent it back to them on Sept. 15th and they received it on September 18th at 7:30am. For this customer service to be so glib about this whole situation putting a smiley face at the end of that email is wrong in and of itself. Not to mention the poor customer service, not responding to emails or complains or questions at all and giving contradictory instructions on where to return the items and when. Also to deny my refund as they stated because it was just a few hours over 30 days from their shipping date and because I threated them is outragouse. This whole ordeal has really put me in a bind financially. It may not seem like much money to some but right now its everything and more than I have.
