I purchased a dress for a wedding on 10/5. On 10/6 I got an email from them saying it was shipped since I posted in the 'additional comments' section of my order that I needed it for the 16th. They went the extra mile to get it out to me that soon!!! On 10/12 I still hadn't received it and began to get worried, so I contacted them via their email address and received a response the next day stating the dress was indeed delivered via USPS and they gave me a tracking # to prove it. After some checking... The mix up was on the Post Office's side and the dress was sitting there since 10/8. Kudos to Fashion Junkee for delivering such quick customer service and quality product!!! The dress looks and fits AMAZING since I followed and used their measurement guide (located on every product page) and it fit true to that! I will shop there again!!!
