I cannot get my new Asus laptop to work with my new Brother printer. I received no help from the hour long conversation on this topic and came to the conclusion that it wouldn't work and so now it's my problem. Very bad service. Very cold woman who after an hour said it was my problem.
I wish I could return the printer for one that works made by another company but I don't have the box, e tc. Anymore. I bought it in January.
