We had just bought this printer Brother MFC-9320CW a few months ago and have all ready had to replace all the toners. The main problem is now that it has a paper jam every three pages it prints out it seems. Is this a known issue because we cannot operate a buiness this way. We've taken all cartriges out and made sure there were no obstructions in how the paper flows through the machine. What can we do to have a new one sent out in replacement for this. Or, is there a way we can have this printer inspected by a professional who knows these machines.
Any help right now would be appreciated
