I had signed up a contract about 2 years ago with reach local for internet advertising, first it was for $1000.00, then after 1 year i increased that amount for $2000.00. I have a paper work showing, that my contract is over on 10/31, i decided not to continue any more, i called my rep to say so, but instead of getting okay answer, i was told that they have a different paperwork on their file, because a person i've dealt before is no longer with their company, so they asked me to fax them my paper, which i did, but again was told that they need to get an approval from a boss. When i spoke with a boss, was told they need to get an approval from a corporate office. I don't think that it is a right way to do the business. I've been calling them for four days since October 08, but did not get any answer nor an e-mail, that i was promised when i first called. This company is doing business through Google and i think it's not the way to treat consumers this way.
