When i recieved my latest credit card statement in October i noticed a payment had been taken out on the 13th September from Grantinstitute. As i had not authorised this payment or knew who Grantinstitute was i looked into my previous statements more closely. I noticed a payment to Grantinstitute had also been taken out on the 16th August. I want the money stolen from my account returned to me in full. I have looked on the internet but cant seem to find a telephone numer or address. Is there any advice you can give me?
