Patricia is my ex sister-in-law. She rented a home from me and skipped on the lease. She left significant damage, ie, paint on the carpet in several rooms; paint on all wood trim, painted over wallpaper without permission, painted rooms unusual colors, had a dog that chewed carpet in several rooms, tore two rooms worth of vinyl, left dirty appliances and trash to be hauled off.
As described above, past-due rent and damages exceed $6K.
Trisha does not return telephone calls... Even to her family. There are many creditors going to the address they just skipped from, looking for the two of them.
