I have been without a job since July 6 with no monies coming in. I got terminated and appealed it and won September 9th. Arizona has done all it can to help me and consistently says that Virginia has dropped the ball and all they need to do is combine my wages in Nebraska and Virginia in order for me to receive a check. The phone number to call about your claim 866-832-2363 is just that a claim. I wake up calling at 6am and end at 1:00 Mountain time which is 4:00pm Easter time, No one ever answers. I have spent hours on this matter day after day. The phone cuts you off because a high volume calling. Arizona says it's just a 96 issue which means they just need to combine wages and consider all the weeks I have been filing on a new claim. I have been filing in VA since beginning of August. Finally a Supervisor (at VEC Workforce) called me back from a another city in Virginia that I had left a message at and stated that they sent an email to the main people stating what needed to be done and that it should be obvious. They told me that I should have received monies by now and that someone have dropped the ball. It is October 5 and I am still hungry. I just moved into my new place July and have had wonderful people God has put in my way to help me. I have cried my last tear. Now I am angry! I have written a letter to the commissioner of Virginia and hope to see where that will go. I am at my wits end. I really see why people go postal. Others with a job don't have a care in the world about those without. Where is the mercy and the competence in that which one is assigned by their job duty to do? These should be the people on the unemployment line, because they take for granted their blessings and don't care to do everything to the best of their ability. I would just like what is rightfully mind so that I might Live! Please help! Disgusted Dottie
