I am writing this letter to tell people how dissatisfied I am with the electric wheel company at the http://www.electricwheelstore.com. My wife bought the electric scooter from them and they forgot to ship it then they said that they did not receive our money. We went to the bank and found out that the funds indeed were taken and the company was paid. They finally confirmed that the money was taken from our account but we still not received the scooter. They are thieves!!! What can we do now???
