They sold me a tankless hot water heater, and my installer told me that it won't work for the whole house, that it will only work for one item, like a tub OR a sink OR a washing machine, & that it needs another $75 worth of wiring & plumbing supplies for him to make it work at all. They charged me $139.32 Shipping of $15, for a Total of $155.16, & now they won't respond when I call them or send them E-Mails. I went thru their atanklesslife.com website, which they claim is a different company, & I registered that I want to return it for refund, & all they did was send me an automatic reply that my request was "pending, " whatever that means. I sent an E-Mail to the president of the company, & he sent a reply saying he was sorry to hear about my troubles, but that they were not responsible for what their "distributors" do! I put in a dispute resolution with PayPal, but they turned it down, saying that it didn't fit their requirements - in other words, I had not PAID THEM FOR THEIR PROTECTION PLAN! I sent them another E-Mail saying there are 3 ADDRESSES on the box & in the materials enclosed: One in PA, one in OH, & one in MA., & asking where they want me to send the unit.
