I previosly moved in to a duplex, had a arrangement made with the property manager aswell as the owner, on the amount of money to move in and an the paying arrangement. Turns out what they told me and actuly is are to different things. Thet have it written up in a whole different manner then what was verbally argreed upon. Well me as a word of mouth type person took the word and when the lease was presented to me to sign i did not read it and just signed it. (WRONG THING TO DO)!!! They have it written up where The $900 deposit is NON REFUNDABLE... Was told it was going to be first last and 500 deposit. And i could make payments on the deposit. Any way what can you do. So i continued making the payments as arranged and yesterday after paying on the money i owe the owner has some one painting the unit next store and he had the painter serve me eviction papers what a chicken shit thing to do...
