A young man who claimed to be a student was raising money for a school trip by selling magazine subscriptions. Very personable and attentive this student sold a subscription to my elderly parents, which was paid for by a check for $62.00.
They were told their first issue should be received within 120 days. This sale took place on 6/30. As of 9/29 they still have not received any magazines. The sales slip look very formal with an address and e-mail and phone number.
I have since tried to call the phone number only to hear a recorded message saying all customer service agents are busy and to leave your name and number and they will return my call. I left that information two times and still have not received a call back from this company.
