She claimed to be a local girl from earning points through these sales for a funtion at USC. She even asked to come inside my home out of the cold to fill out the sales slip. Luckily I only ordered one magazine at $53.00.
The bank that cashed my check was Quantum National Bank 800-533-6922. The phone number on the sales slip allows you to leave a message that will never be returned. When I called the bank toll number, I asked to speak to someone regarding a fraudulent company that holds an account there. The girl, responded, Is this about Marquis Fulfillment?". How many calls must they get. This scam happened in Upland CA. About 30 minutes outside of LA.
