Jessica, the cashier, was rude and we received poor customer service. We went to Kwik Trip to purchase gas on September 25, when the first gas pump we tried to use did not work properly and when we let the cashier know, she was rude and inconsiderate. She rang up our items and when we let her know the other pump we got gas on, she said hostily", so you did get gas then?", in a rude and disrespectful manner. I shop at Kwik Trip frequently and hope this is an isolated event. I did not appreciate the way I was treated or the way the cashier spoke to me, especially after I was trying to be helpful and let her know that the pump was out of order.
