Cashier Playing PSP rather than paying attention to custome

Got tank filled at pump and no receipt paper in pump. Had to see cashier for receipt and the male cashier was leaning across the counter playing on a PSP. He did not greet me and I had to interrupt his playing to get my receipt. Cashier did not say a word the whole time. I appologize for interrupting his game!
