I was under the impression that if I ordered a trial kit for Government Grant Information for $2.95 to view for fourteen days to view and decide if i wanted to order the package. This was on 9/20/10, well it has only been three days and the next thing I saw was a charge of $57.95 on my bank statement as of 9/23/10 from FMK*GrantKit Service for something I had not ordered. I know these sites are out to make money, but I felt sure that the survey site I ordered from would be legit. Now, I have tried to contact the site, www.surveyscout.com to see what the problem is and also tried to contact, www.FMK*GrantKitService.com to correct this problem. Now, I'm very upset and wish to cancel my account at www.surveyscout.com and hopefully, contact site of www.FMK*GrantKitService to correct this error and get my money back and bank fees if possible. Also cancel anything else they might try and bill me for. I have not use the so called information they say is easy to use, all confusing. Attempted to send emails and tried to pull up this site. But I get nothing relatively close the the adress. I will be contacting my bank on Monday to try and track the services. There should be some kind of information available, hopefully. I feel betrayed by www.surveyscout.com and will not be returning to this service. This service has really let me down and is untrustworthy. So if at all possible, please help me contact these services and help me cancel before they rob me blind and send me into deeper debt which i can't afford.
