For the last 2 months I failed to get my problem solved. Once, i phoned someone through my magicjack, I couldn't hear the phone ringing without pressin the mut on the dial pad, the answering person never hears my hello, I hear his voice very interrupted. I had a ong chat with Desmond&Sharon on 19/4 but no success&was promised to be contacted hortly by someone from the technical suppoting team, but so far not contacted, can you help, I'm lost
