I got a letter from the corp. Office about a video that was late coming back. They are telling me that they will charge my credit card $40.00 dollars for a video that was put in there drop box days ago. I use to think hollywood video was a good&honest place to rent from, not anymore i'm glad the one here in battle creek is closing they are trying to rip off the customer when you rent from them. If they get into my account and take out the$40.00 i will sue them for bad consumer practices to the public. I will pay whatever late fee there is and that is it not a dime more. They are a bunch of crooks taking peoples money unlawfully for there gain.
