Earl's Heating & Air and/or Earl Kimberly installed a geothermal system in my home and it does not work. He promises to return to repair it but i gave up and have a court judgement.
Earl is a professional ripoff artist and has shafted many, many homeowners in the pueblo, co., area.
The company's ownership was switched to his son D.J. Kimberly but he won't honor any warranty either. The company has been dissolved and they have gone to work for other companies.
The building inspector has revoked their licenses.
Beware of these people.
Earl taught heating and air conditioning at the local college and really put up a front. Again, he's a con artist.
