I am one who sued Earl Scheib in court and won. The problem here in Ada County Idaho is the Bad judges. The first Judge did not want to see any of the pictures or evidence-I insisted and she took it and threw it aside on her desk. Between the first court and second court a Earl Scheib executive told me they would not honor the warranty and that I should take my case to appeals court.
That means they violated the first court regulations which states Earl Scheib must have a representative to make any decision and by Earl Scheib changing their decision and refusing after the court was over I should have won by default.
The second Judge got a letter from the first Judge (totally illegal) attached was the letter I sent to the first judge, and per my lawyer she (Judge Minder) was mad at me for writing a letter to the first Judge. My Letter to the first Judge said if she did not want to do her job she should step down.
In Court I proved (with two experts) Earl Scheib did not put all the paint that I contracted and paid for.instead of Judge (Minder) saying this was under Idaho Consumer protection act. She said everything I wrote on the contract was to be disregarded by Earl Scheib and everything Earl Scheib wrote I was obligated.
Clearly a first year law student knows about the law of contracts. Judge Minder's bias showed all through the trial her decision was that this was just a breach of contract by Earl Scheib and not fraud which the decision should have been (and sent to Idaho Attorney General for a fine).
Then Judge Minder asked the court recorder to stop recording then chastised me saying judge Young was a good Judge and I should be ashamed - the letter I wrote to Judge Young was inflammatory. Judge Young and Minder stopping the recorder during a court hearing is also illegal-yet the Idaho Judicial committee could not find anything wrong with. As we all know the only reason to stop the recorder in a trial is the judge does not want to go on the record to show their bias, or? We have bad Judges here because the so-called Judicial Committee has neither the will, are to lazy or not the stomach to do a proper Job.
I get the impression judge Young and Judge minder neither has the necessary credentials to be on the bench. It appears to me The Judicial Committee looks around for someone to be a judge that does not want to work at being a lawyer and then gives them the job. It is interesting that telling the truth to a so-called educated person is inflammatory. As far back as you can go in our history -the saying is The worst Evil in a society is Injustice.
