I ordered one pasta boat from this company. I was given the option of ordering a 2nd for an additional 6.99 shipping and handling. I declined. When my receipt was processed, I had the additional 6.99 charge on there anyway. There is no one to call unless you are prepared for a lenghty wait. Even their own page suggests calling at the end of the week. GREAT customer service guys... There is no email customer service option either.
So now I am stuck with double shipping charges and no way to correct the problem without wasting an hour or two of my time. Who knows what will even show up on my doorstep when this order is finally delivered. I would be surprised if this is not part of the business plan... Tack extra fees on whether the customer likes it or not and then make yourself virtually unavailable to fix the problem.
