This is the first time and the last time i would ever buy anything from sears, i have bought a cooler on june 2th it took them 10 days to reply and schedule a time, which is on june 11 7:00AM.
It's 11:27AM now, still no one, i called all the number listed, still no answers.
Sears is the worst company ever, don't be fool by there AD, they will get you to pay and not work for u.
If anyone know the complain department number that i can call, please let me know. Thanks
