I bought 2k worth of furniture from Lazy Boy on 6-6-09. I was told a 4-8 wk delivery, rarely do they extend to 8 wk. I called on the 6th and neither item had been put into production, I called on the 8th an same thing, called the 9 and same thing. I was told last week one item should ship on 8-10 and the other was still in production. I was promised a phone call by the 18th - never got it. I called today for status and the sales associate said she'd call back - I called at 5 and she left for the day. I cursed out a manager after he told me the couch isn't even in production and the love seat is about to be shipped. We're looking at 13 wks now and only a 10% discount so far. I contact the local news stations via email and sent letters to the VP of the Lazy Boy franchise, manager, and local sales rep. My next step is to go there in person and cause a scene in front of all customers.
