Ordered a Love seat on 02/15/03 with delivery due by 03/15/03. Paid for love seat in full. Item # Whse M 83420 Love Seat 8200-25. Received no notice that the item was not recieved.
Called on 03/16/03 spoke to sales man John Bell. Did not know status because he never checked. Promised to check and return call. Never called back. I called on 03/21/03 and got hung up on. Called back and a lady said no sales people available. Asked for a manager and told none available.
Called on 03/27/03 John Bell said Love Seat still not in did not know why. And again he did not check. Called on 04/14/03 spoke to Ray the assistant manager. Said he would check on my order and call back on 04/15/03. He never called back. I called an left numerous messages with no reply.
I finally contacted the better business bureau and filed a complaint. On 04/16/03 my wife went to the store to see why they were lying to us and not retruning our calls. A guy named Phil (said he was the gereral manager) Told my wife he would personnly check on our order.
He called back and apoligized to my wife and said he would talk to his sales people. He also stated that our order would arrive on 04/22/03. Today 04/23/03 no call from him. I called at 5:15 pm on 04/23/03 he is off until friday 04/25/03.
Spoke to Ray (assistant manager) he said my order my be in on friday. This company sucks, they do not care about people, they lie, but they will deffinately take your money. This outfit should be run out of business.
