GE Money Bank has scammed us yet again. We bought a Spa Capsule from Simulated Environment Concepts and was told the item was a cash cow, etc. When we bought it, we financed it through GE Money Bank with a one year to pay it off offer. The original cost was 27,450. This cash cow never made more than $50 a month and I was left with high interest and a $800 a month bill for the Capsule. We explained to GE that we were disputing the costs with Spa Capsule but they wanted their money. They hounded us for months. My husband finally "settled" with them and they agreed on $4800 for one month, then two months later another $2500 was to be paid and then two months later a final $2500 was to be paid. They got their two payments but mysteriously are now saying the third never made it to them and now the "agreement is nullified and we owe them another $20,000". We had these payments preauthorized to be withdrawn on the day they designated and now they are saying they did not get the money on time. They are liars beyond liars! Cheats, Scammers.
