I had the same experience of it working fine at first and then... Reverberations, people hanging up because they can't hear me, not being able to activate a credit card because it wasn't able to read my numbers entry for breaking up to much, can't do conference calls, people on the other end hate the way i sound and ask me to call back too often. Ugggg! I contacted MJ and they give me all kinds of excuses that I must reboot, it's my volume on my mic (when it is all the way down) any lower, I will be muted. Lol
