Do not trust Joe Linkenheimer AKA The Other Side Event Center!!! I signed a contract to rent The Other Side for a party and I gave him a $500.00 deposit plus the $2000.00 rental fee. The contract stated that he would return the $500.00 deposit within 24 hours minus any cleaning fees. I agreed to allow him to clean up after the party, which was a $200.00 charge. He should have returned $300.00, this has been over a month ago. He avoids my calls and he lies about meeting me to repay me.
I will not ever recommend his services to anyone! The place was not worth $2000.00!!! Nor is it worth the time and effort that you will have to put into it to get back a deposit! Do not trust Joe Linkenheimer, he is a liar and a thief!!
