Joe Linkenheimer contacted me, then contracted me for a job on a freelance basis, I did the job in good faith as he claimed he would pay as soon as he was back from Florida. He never paid, and for months continually made excuses. I contacted him over and over. He finally stopped answering. He has a very long rap sheet with Tulsa County (Check OCN net)... He is involved with multiple businesses that I would stear clear of including The Otherside Event Center and his catering and food businesses such as Just Corporate Catering or something like that.
