I feel stupid for not doing more research. Got very detailed, thorough, and professional proposal from franchise owner in March. They (crew of strangers we could not communicate with) showed up out of the blue to wash. "Prepped", "patched" and "primed" all in one day - seems impossible. We weren't home, so are a bit suspicious as to the extent of promised work actually performed. Painted right over flowers, shrubs, old window well cover remnants, broke numerous branches, plopped landscape bricks right on top of my now crushed flowers, paint on windows and doors, old white paint still showing in dozens of spots. Complete disaster area around house - minimal job site clean up.
Not sure exactly our this "company" operates, but I feel very stupid for choosing them and am now being harrassed for payment even though job not complete/done to proposal. Workers do not care about doing good job! Specifications. Afraid things are about to get ugly
