I think that like any business the local Certa has to be looked at. Its not treuly a "Franchise" all the owners have their own say in what and how they run their business. The local guy George, who owns his Franchise DOES know about paint and painting. The local subs he hires are always professional and curteous, and yes THE OWNER comes out to inspect his work. If someone purchases a Certa and is a bad "Owner". Its not really Certa it IS the owner and the folks he hires to work for him.in my county in NY we have gone through painting contractors like bottles of soda, but I have had Certa back many times and I have always been happy. He may be a few dollars more but you get what you pay for.
