AES Wind Generation
Wrongful Termination for refusal to lie

Cory BowdinYucca Valley, CA August

To whom it may concern;

My name is Cory Bowdin and I have worked in the wind energy sector for almost six years and employed by two different employers. I am writing this because I was terminated by AES Wind Generation for my attitude. Myself and co-workers were shocked by my termination. I have applied for unemployment benefits and was denied by the employer under (unemployment insurance, code 1256) I appealed the decision and my case went in front of an Administrative Law Judge. The decision stood, so I asked my co-workers to write me a letter of character. I received (13) letters and sent them in with my board appeal. On my board appeal I sent in all these additional documents and the board was unable to accept my additional evidence because there was no time for the other party to rebute or refute the witnesses statements. So I was denied again. So now I am asking for guidance on how to go about showing proof that I was really terminated for letting management know that I was going to be a WHISTLEBLOWER. I have proof that Management at AES Wind Generation re-writes employees service reports in order for their warranty to stay in ordinance with MITSUBISHI. I can also prove that they lied on my termination paperwork in order to get me terminated from employment. When I started looking deeper into my paperwork I found many re-written service reports which has now made me beg for help because with me being terminated from employment I have lost everything and no longer have retirement savings. I have put in applications across the U.S. And have received a couple phone interviews however, still no job and no income. There are other things that I can bring up i. E; no double time after (8) hours on seventh consecutive day, adding names on paperwork to avoid internal billing, not following up on employees findings and pictures of co-workers fraudulent work. As I said before I have letters from (13) co-workers and I expect to receive about ten more letters of character from other co-workers. If you could please let me know what, and how I should go about this because the economy is rough and my job was taken from me because I wanted everyone to not lie, and work in unsafe conditions because it only takes a little effort to complete tasks efficiently and safely to keep everyone happy and safe.in conclusion I thank you for your time, help, guidance, and I look forward to hearing a reply back so I can get through these terrible times.

Thank You,

Cory Bowdin
